This is the story of Charles.

Only that he was always known as Rat. We’ll call it that way.

Rat was kidnapped by a sadistic. A torturer.

He locked him into a cell. He could drink either water or beer.

Rat, for some reason, had sworn to not drink alcohol. Ever. Under no circumstances.

Thing was, when Rat headed to the water, he received an electric shock. Strong enough to think him off it.

The sadistic was serious. He would let Rat die from thirst. Moreover, by each further attempt by Rat to drink water, the shock increased in power. At some point, it’d be strong enough to damage his heart or kill him.

But he had sworn to not drink alcohol.

And so Rat died. Only that he didn’t seek the water anymore. He seeked the electricity. A shock. And another one. And another one…

He chose to die from his oath.

Evil.

Who are we trying to deceive? We are predators.

The present superpredator of the planet.

Obesity is what occurs when an individual of a predator species can buy 5 lbs of vanilla icecream for 2 bucks at the supermarket.

Evil, following this train of thought, is what surges when a species has no natural predators.

We attack each others. That’s reality.

If all the secrets of all of us came to light, there wouldn’t be enough jails for all of us.

Who knows is ground.

And above that, something even more dangerous:

To crown this off. Hypocresy; cinism. To negate our nature. To aim for perfection, whatever that may be.

Subjetive morals. Ethichs that aim for objetivity

All of then unrealistic. We all have suffered it, we all have done, it, whatever are the grades.

Why deny it then? Obviosly to not pay jail.

But from a social and political point of view, what is the point of trying to stablish norms that go against our nature and are therefor unreachable? Wouldn’t this constitude another kind of Evil? A coward excuse to justify, to perpetrate acts with do have to be punish, with impunity?

It is a game. Insane. It is a wheel, and we all are in it.

There is no free choice. Only determinism.

The Universe started. And from there on, everything wad determinated. Action-reaction.

Causes and consequences.

A first cause and everything that woulf follow. Mechanically.

You are reading this like a river flows to the sea.

If you are leaving it here or continueing is as written as that I cannot type “lemon”.

And why would I? It has nothing to do.

We are determinated. And I don’t say conditioned. I say determinated.

You cannot dance on the street. I cannot type “bowtie”.

The river cannot but flow to the sea.

You cannot take any random book in your house and read the fourth word of page 30; I cannot type “rushed”.

They are only strings. Strings moved by a composer.

In a language. Musical. Human.

A language through which we express our souls.

A language that proves she is free.

Theodicy

” Where is God gone?” he called out. “I mean to tell you! We have killed him, – you and I! We are all his murderers! But how have we done it? How were we able to drink up the sea? Who gave us the sponge to wipe away the whole horizon? What did we do when we loosened this earth from its sun? Whither does it now move? Whither do we move? Away from all suns? Do we not dash on unceasingly? Backwards, sideways, forewards, in all directions? Is there still an above and below? Do we not stray, as through infinite nothingness? Does not empty space breathe upon us? Has it not become colder? Does not night come on continually, darker and darker? Shall we not have to light lanterns in the morning? Do we not hear the noise of the grave-diggers who are burying God? Do we not smell the divine putrefaction? – for even Gods putrefy! God is dead! God remains dead! And we have killed him! How shall we console ourselves, the most murderous of all murderers? The holiest and the mightiest that the world has hitherto possessed, has bled to death under our knife, – who will wipe the blood from us? With what water could we cleanse ourselves? What lustrums, what sacred games shall we have to devise? Is not the magnitude of this deed too great for us? Shall we not ourselves have to become Gods, merely to seem worthy of it? There never was a greater event, – and on account of it, all who are born after us belong to a higher history than any history hitherto!”

Nietzsche, The Gay Science, Book III, Section 125

Obliged: Who could even think of something like this.

He did be the first one to say it, but, where does one learn what no other person taught him?

Glacial.

The river freezes.

It is still water.

Not the end of the world.

It is still water.

Only that it has frozen.

Because of the cold. Sure, the cold…

But it is still water.

Frozen.

It will withstand the preassure, the strikes.

The hits that will follow.

But it will keep on being water.

It can only be water!

Ha! At least it didn’t get envenomed.

It is winter. Winter is not eternal.

It is only water.

Now more than ever!

That it flows! That it runs!

That it boils!

How could it be Beautiful?

At the beginning everything was fire. Savage and tameless.

Burning everything it touched.

Does fire burn itself? They made it of stone.

They won. No. Stopping the clock.

Natura. Unstoppable like an earthquake, like the tsunami after it.

How could it be beutiful? A heart of metal.

Metal. Hard, cold and obscene.

How could it be beautiful?

Never negate your nature;

Platinum was always there.

The fire separated the dross.

How could it be beautiful?
Ozone.

Shadows of Earthen Inmortality

Today I smiled at the baker.

Earthen inmortality. I am not kidding.

Alexander the Great, Julius Caesar or Joe Biden.

Shadows. Very extended shadows.

Certainly very extended shadows.

Yet of the same nature, of yours and mine.

Because today I smiled at the baker.

Because this way she may she may laugh off a mischief by her kids.

Because today I smiled at the baker.

For each action, every single of them, no matter how small they may seem,

Influence those of others, and those of others on those of others,

They remain written within the Universe,

They are indelible

Our actions are our shadows, no matter how big or small they are.

They are indelible.

And they influence others’ actions

Which are also indelible

Which at the same time influence…

And are also indelible.

This is my shadow, no matter how small or big:

Earthen Inmortality;

Because today I smiled at the baker. Amd she…
