Good news is good news

Turns out my official profile at “Club de Escritura Fuentetaja” (my Alma Mater), under my real name (Daniel Prior Gijon a.k.a. the URL of this site) ranks 1st on Google and 3rd on Microsoft Bing for the search of “Daniel Prior” (in Spain we have two last names).

See images:

Also my pic appears 4th on Google Images.

And I am receiving a total of 10+ views a day on there…

As for this website, it varies largely from week to week, sometimes even from day to day.

And as for SEO, crawling and ranking work well on Bing, but I am not doing so good on Google in all honesty.

I will keep on giving my best.

Thanks for being here.

So Far I’ve:

So Far I’ve:

  • Conducted a Philosophical, Religious and Cultural Synctretism.
  • Apported an argument on God’s existance (Theodicy).
  • Created a writing genre, namely Microessay (I don’t care on Wikipedia’s views on this).
  • Contributed to “dead” literary current, namely Irrealism.
  • Created a compilation of 41 tales, Microessays or poems, namely Born Every Minute.
  • Shared said creation on a private domain website, with no ads nor paywalls.
  • Published a total of 90+ original works under my real name.
  • Perceived a total of less than €40 (or USD for that matter).
  • Received a negative critic by a professional on that).
  • Perceived little feedback.

Now I’m going to:

  • Focus on writing my first novel.

Seriously I don’t want to fall down on apathy but…

This ain’t easy…

Please, DONATE

Friendly Reminder

My statistics show more than 150 people have downloaded part of my work.

It is at sale.

I am trying to earn a name and, as great as that may be (spoiler: it is not), my true intentions are to make a living of writinf at some point…

There’s also a donate button.

PUBLIC NOTICE: Spring Clean

Ok, my statistics have fallen in.

I am going to be straight-forward and CRYSTAL-clear.

I’ve just spent several hours fixing up typos AND deleting that which I now consider to not be aproppriate or worth of belonging to this site.

So.

This STAYS.

And,

I am not changing one, single, word on this.

Thank you for your time.

As a sidenote…

I just started to take this translating my work thing seriously…

Turns out Philosophize in Green! had about 5 typos, some of them kind of worrying.

I’ll use the optimistic card and think most readers just didn’t notice them but…

I can’t help but also saying I am making a really hard job here.

I studied English, and as great as that may be, I have never been to an English-speaking country and…

Well, if you see any typo I’d appreciate that you’d let me know.

Guess I ended up playing the perfectionistic card.

Anyways!

I’ve been uploading the PDF Files of my work, first in Spanish, and, currently, I am translating them and have uploaded two PDFs this far.

And many people do be downloading them…

I am determined to translate it. Correctly.

And thanks to…

LibreOffice Suit.

The great guys at The Document Foundation, now I have got a neat English correction tool.

And Imma use it! 😛 haha.
